A LITTLE STRUCTURE, ROOM TO BREATHE

Living Rhythm & scenes

Shape a gentler week, one small moment at a time

Living Rhythm brings regulate, reflect and connect moments into a week you approve. Prefer something for right now? Choose a guided scene that links a small sequence of real wellbeing tools.

What Living Rhythm & scenes includes

  • A week that fits your capacity
  • You approve the plan
  • Follow a scene into real tools

A week that fits your capacity

Choose an intention, available energy and parts of the day. The draft works around existing commitments and can consider your recorded Mindprint outcomes.

You approve the plan

Review every supportive moment before adding it to your schedule. Adjust your rhythm as your week changes.

Follow a scene into real tools

Explore sequences for a difficult workday, winding down, connection and more. Each step opens a relevant breathing, sound, DBT, reflection or connection tool.

How it works

  1. Open Living Rhythm from your schedule.
  2. Choose your intention, capacity and available time windows.
  3. Review the proposed week and approve it only if it fits.
  4. Adjust later, or begin a guided scene for the moment you are in.

Plans and scenes are optional self-guided suggestions, not treatment plans. Nothing is added to your schedule until you approve it.

Questions about Living Rhythm & scenes

Will Living Rhythm change my calendar automatically?

No. It first creates a draft for you to review. Supportive moments are added only after you explicitly approve the plan.

Does it use Mindprint?

When personal practice history is available, it can help shape the draft and hold back recent poor-fit activities. It remains a suggestion you control.

What is a wellbeing scene?

A scene is a guided sequence of small activities, with steps that open the relevant tools in the app. It is not a treatment plan and you can choose whether to continue.
