Mindprint
Learn what tends to help you with Mindprint
Mindprint turns your own before-and-after reflections into careful, visual patterns. It learns which practices appear useful in different moments, holds back poor fits, and keeps uncertainty visible.
What Mindprint includes
- Recommendations shaped by your context
- Learns from what did not help
- Evidence you can inspect
Recommendations shaped by your context
Your emotion, energy, available time, setting and previous outcomes help reorder the next small steps you see.
Learns from what did not help
A practice that repeatedly produces no improvement is less likely to be suggested in a similar moment.
Evidence you can inspect
Charts show sample sizes, recent outcomes and uncertainty so a promising pattern is never presented as a clinical fact.
How it works
- Check in with how the moment feels and what capacity you have.
- Choose a suggested practice or explore the full activity library.
- Return after the activity and record what changed—or that nothing changed.
- Use your growing insight dashboard to notice personal patterns over time.
Mindprint provides descriptive personal signals, not diagnosis, prediction or medical advice.
Questions about Mindprint
Is Mindprint an AI therapist?
No. Mindprint is a self-guided pattern and recommendation feature. It summarizes only the reflections you choose to record and does not diagnose, treat or replace a qualified professional.
Does Mindprint use everybody's private data?
No. Mindprint recommendations are based on your own check-ins and practice history. Private wellbeing content is not used to train a general-purpose AI model.
What happens when a practice does not help?
That outcome still teaches your personal ranking. Repeated poor fits are held back in similar contexts, while activities with better personal outcomes can become easier to find.
Mind.org.im is a genuine free self-guided wellbeing service provided by Cloud OI (Pty) Ltd and built by Kai Parsons. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, crisis intervention or an emergency service.
