Guided reflection
Start writing with a structure that fits the question
Some days need an open page; others need one well-placed question. Mind.org.im includes static writing structures and dynamic journal types that guide how entries are completed over time.
What Guided reflection includes
- Static and dynamic formats
- Questions with enough depth
- Your answer remains yours
Static and dynamic formats
Begin with thoughtful prewritten structure or choose a journal type whose questions and daily flow adapt to its purpose.
Questions with enough depth
Templates cover emotions, needs, capacity, relationships, recovery, self-compassion, boundaries, meaning and future planning.
Your answer remains yours
Guided entries use the same encrypted journal foundation and private-by-default access controls.
How it works
- Open Create journal and browse the readable template categories.
- Select a type to see its purpose before naming the journal.
- Create the journal and answer only the questions that are useful today.
- Return over time to see how the same structure holds different days.
Prompts are invitations, not assessments. Skip any question that is not useful or feels unsafe to answer.
Questions about Guided reflection
What is a dynamic journal type?
A dynamic type changes the entry flow for its purpose—for example, presenting a focused daily reflection that becomes saved for that day—rather than only inserting starter text.
Can I still start with a blank page?
Yes. Open journal formats remain available alongside guided structures.
Can other people read template answers?
Not by default. Guided entries use the same private encrypted journal system and become accessible to someone else only through deliberate sharing.
