YOUR CONTEXT, SHARED WITH INTENTION

Wellness Passports

Bring the parts of your story you choose into a conversation

A Wellness Passport is a user-selected snapshot for a conversation. Choose the sections, add context and set an expiry before deciding who should receive the complete private link.

What Wellness Passports includes

  • Choose each section
  • Encrypted on your device
  • A time-limited invitation

Choose each section

Select recent patterns, practices tried, helpful or unhelpful experiences, goals, questions or support preferences. Leave out anything you do not want to share.

Encrypted on your device

Passport content is encrypted before upload. The complete share link includes the key needed to open that selected snapshot in the recipient's browser.

A time-limited invitation

Set an expiry and revoke the link when needed. Anyone with the complete link can view the snapshot and may retain a copy, so share it carefully.

How it works

  1. Open Wellness Passports in the Together tools.
  2. Choose individual sections and add the purpose, audience and notes.
  3. Set an expiry and create your encrypted snapshot.
  4. Share the complete link intentionally, and revoke access when needed.

A Passport is not a diagnosis, medical record or treatment recommendation. Revoking a link cannot remove copies a recipient has already saved.

Questions about Wellness Passports

Does a Passport share my whole account?

No. It creates a snapshot of only the sections you select. It does not give someone access to your account or the rest of your private records.

Who can open the Passport?

Anyone with the complete link, including its decryption key, can open it while access is active. The intended audience label does not restrict link holders, so only share it deliberately.

Can I take back a shared Passport?

You can revoke its link, and access also ends at the chosen expiry. This cannot remove screenshots or copies already retained by a recipient.
